Propagate observables as weighted Pauli strings instead of storing a state.

PauliWeave pushes a Pauli operator backward or forward through a circuit and truncates paths whose weight falls under a cutoff. It is the right tool when you need a few expectation values on a wide circuit and a full state vector would not fit.
